Contact information is used to communicate with you reference your hire, where requested to update you on services and benefits and for feedback.
Any personal information we collect is used to fulfil customers’ enquiries, reservations and for billing purposes.

Email enquiries are transmitted by insecure means and stored on-line.
Paperwork filled out for the hire duration are stored securely and filed safely for accounts use only.
All financial details are deleted/destroyed once the bikes are returned safely and have undergone the necessary checks. Before the end of this period all information will be kept securely by Go ByCycle.
Right to request information
You have the right request what information we have on file for you. Should it be deemed that the request is being repeated too often and without just cause a charge may be applied.
